Debit Order not active

Happy Thursday to everyone!

It seems there was a minor glitch on the system during the last 48 Hours that caused all accounts to loose their debit order/recurring billing.

If you would be so kind to follow the below steps to reactivate the debit order/recurring billing.

Step 1. Click on Billing as in the below image and select my invoice or my quote.

 

Step 2. Click on the Invoice number as in the below image.

 

Step 3. Please do not reload the page as it will redirect you to the invoice in a new tab.

Step 4. From here you click on the subscribe now button this will redirect you to the PayFast Engine, please note that this a monthly service that will be deducted from your bank account for the hosting, backups and for website maintenance. For website development those are once off fees.

Step 5. Please complete the details as on your bank card. Please also note that PayFast Engine will also ask you to authenticate the purchase on your banking app as per 3D Secure Payment method checks.

Step 6. The payment will complete and the debit order/recurring billing is then reactivated.
